I’ve built a career helping organisations do better — for their people, their communities, and the planet. Whether it's crafting policy in not for profits, education, the legal sector, or embedding DEI in the workplace, or supporting boards through complex reform, I bring structure to the mess, clarity to the noise, and humanity to the process.
I’m based in Adelaide but my work takes me across Australia and the Pacific. I’ve consulted on cattle stations, in remote aged care centres, around board tables, and everywhere in between. No matter the setting, my approach stays the same: honest conversations, practical solutions, and always a focus on people.
I also believe work should be purposeful and a bit playful. That’s why you’ll see photography featured here too — a creative outlet that helps me slow down, stay curious, and see the world from different angles.

What started as a creative break from consulting has grown into something more. My camera comes with me now — into remote communities, out into salt flats and wetlands, and along the streets of Australia. I’m drawn to texture, stillness, resilience — often in unexpected places.
